The type of pay set in my organization consists of a base salary for every organizational member. The rate of pay is adjusted as per the standardized competitive scale for every job position present in my organization. Therefore, any organizational member working in a similar job position as mine will be paid the same rate of pay. There will not be much discrepancy in the rate of pay for organizational members working in same or similar positions in my organization.
